Milco Industries, Inc. is a privately owned and US based technical textile manufacturing company headquartered in Bloomsburg, PA. Our manufacturing capabilities include tricot and raschel warp knits which are dyed and finished to meet customer specifications. We service a variety of markets such as automotive, medical, home furnishings, and footwear.
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced outside sales representative to join our growing and successful company. Ideal candidate would have industry and product knowledge with proven experience and success developing and maintaining new business. Individual will manage entire sales process inclusive of identifying and initiating new sales opportunities, securing meetings with prospective customers, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers and business development opportunities
- Establish and manage accounts throughout our existing markets
- Negotiate and close business to meet sales objectives
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers or prospective customers
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Build strong and successful relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and make recommendations to the sales team
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Three to five years of proven industry sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, sales presentation, and sales reports
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to travel as required
Salary:
Base salary plus commission
